Our path towards organizational change has been continuously implemented through gender policy. The assessment result from Gender Gap Analysis Tools (GGAT) is to determine the company current position, target and strategy needed to elevate women’s level playing field. With the assistance from Indonesia Business Coalition for Women Empowerment as our strategic partner, we utilize the result and data analysis as a tool to develop strategic policy to ensure our whole operation could give impact to improve workplace gender equality.
The Gender Equality strategic policy helps us to navigate the implementation of policies and practices by our subsidiaries. The policy addresses several points such as gender composition across all levels, transparent and non-discriminative recruitment process, retaining female talents, addressing gender-based discrimination in the workplace.
