Chief Financial Officer
Stephen graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Master of Business Administration and is also a CPA Australia and CMA holder. Prior to joining the group, he has extensive experience in Financial Management, Accounting and Operational Finance in Manufacturing, Hotel & Property, Pharmaceutical and Services for both Multinational and National companies such as Merck Sharp Dohme Pharmaceutical, Rajawali Group, Avery Dennison, British American Tobacco and Indocement.
Chief Operating Officer
Karman holds an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma City University, USA and Bachelor of Economics in Management from Tarumanegara University.
Prior to joining the Group, he had worked as finance in various industries such as the food, retail, hotel, and property sectors. In 2000, he worked intensively as a financial advisor to the Indonesia Banks Restructuring Agency (IBRA) in preparing financial projections and debt restructuring scenarios for more than 10 clients.
Vice President of Corporate Affairs
Yono joined Sintesa Group in late 2002 to handle the group's industrial and manufacturing companies and then led business development. Graduated as a Naval Architect from the University of Indonesia in 1987. He continued his degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Aided Engineering Systems with an emphasis on reverse engineering technology from Imperial College, University of London, United Kingdom in 1994.
He has extensive experience ranging from engineering design work to general management in many world-class industries such as the Indonesian Aerospace (PTDI), Rolls Royce Aeroengine UK, Rover UK, Milliard Design Australia, Shinwa Engineering (SEI), and ARACO Japan.
Vice President of Human Resources
Arbono is responsible for the human resources area of all Sintesa Group subsidiaries. Graduated from the University of Indonesia majoring in psychology, he has extensive experience in the field of human resources. His work experience in human resources covers Danone AQUA, CIBA Specialty Chemicals, Skefindo Primatama Indonesia, PT. Bank PDFCI, DHL Indonesia and Nestle Indonesia.
Vice President of Industry
Selo Winardi is an Accountant who graduated from STAN (State College of Accountancy) Jakarta in 1985. He holds an MBA from the Institute of Education and Management Development (IPPM) in 1991. Selo is also a Certified Accountant (CA) holder from Indonesia’s Accountant Association (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia) and Certified Professional Management Accountant (CPMA) holder from Indonesia’s Management Accountant Association (IAMI). He has joined the Group through PT Tira Austenite Tbk., since 2003. Prior to joining the company, he worked as an Auditor for the Supervisory Board of Financial and Development (BPKP), PT Trikora Llyod, and in PT Danapaints Indonesia.
Selo is an active member of the Supervisory Board of Financial and Development (BPKP), a board member of Indonesia’s Management Accountant Association (IAMI), and a member of board of directors at Indonesia Service Dialogue (ISD).
Vice President of Energy
Rosar has extensive experience in banking and capital market industries, freight business, consulting and financial advisory, and energy projects. He also possessed an MBA in International Management and Corporate Finance. His experience includes working in Das Konigreich Energy, Van Zorge & Heffernan, Arpeni Group, Hatch Consultant, Cardig Air, and Alta Pacific Indonesia.
