Established in 1981, PT Hiyu Permai concentrates on water resorts. PT Hiyu Permai constructs and operates hotels, bungalows, cottages, bars and restaurants and other water resort entertainment facilities.
It owns the development rights of the beautiful island of West Yu Island at the renowned water resorts of Jakarta Thousand Islands as well as Opak Besar.

The West Yu Island has a massive area of 59.602 sqm and Opak Besar of 97.400 sqm, both complemented by endless white-sand beaches. Plans for West Yu Island are currently underway as a nature resort with eagle sanctuary and reef conservation, whilst Opak Besar is to be a fully commercial resort destination.
