Chief Executive Officer of Sintesa Group
Shinta W. Kamdani is the CEO of Sintesa Group, also well-known as a leading Indonesian business leader. Under her leadership, Sintesa Group has experienced tremendous growth, transformed from a family business into a strategic investment holding company, and has become a major player in the Indonesian market.
She graduated from Barnard College and Harvard Business School. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Shinta has a deep understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and a reputation for being a visionary leader. She has been listed three times in Forbes Asia’s 50 Powerful Businesswomen, among other international awards.
As a businesswoman, Shinta is also involved in numerous business and social activities that have positive impacts on the environment, community, and business in Indonesia and worldwide, namely:

Chief Corporate Strategy Officer
Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Abyasa Kamdani graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently spearheading the Corporate Strategy division at Sintesa Group.
Previously, Abyasa was part of TSI Group, an international renewable energy company specializing in utility-scale solar and currently managing numerous funds into global securities and markets. He also founded Aquaterra Investama- a vehicle designed to connect investors with high margin cash generating projects across sectors.
Today, he focuses on investment initiatives, human empowerment and revolutionary opportunities which can bridge the gap between people, planet and profits. Abyasa believes in conserving the world that keeps humans alive as well as inspiring others to live for something greater than themselves.


Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Aditya Setiawan serves as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer for Sintesa Group. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Pelita Harapan and has developed extensive expertise in corporate legal matters through his previous roles at FajarPaper and Wings Group. Beyond his corporate tenure, Aditya possesses a strong foundation in commercial litigation, honed during his time at prestigious law firms including Hotman Paris & Partners and Forseti Law Office. He is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Bar Association, qualified to practice law across Indonesian jurisdictions.


Chief Human Resources Officer
Arbono is responsible for the human resources area of all Sintesa Group subsidiaries. Graduated from the University of Indonesia majoring in psychology, he has extensive experience in the field of human resources. His work experience in human resources covers Danone AQUA, CIBA Specialty Chemicals, Skefindo Primatama Indonesia, PT. Bank PDFCI, DHL Indonesia and Nestle Indonesia.


Chief Operating Officer
Hasto is a highly accomplished leader with expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Notable positions he has held include:

Hasto's educational background includes a Doctorate Degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan in cooperation with London School of Economics and Sorbonne University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, and executive education from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and the University of Cambridge.


Chief Communication and Sustainability Officer
Inka Prawirasasra is a sustainability and communication professional with over two decades of experience spanning media, corporate affairs, and global sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as the VP Communication and Sustainability of Sintesa Group, she was involved in various international engagements including the B20 Indonesia 2022, UN Global Investors for Sustainable Development (GISD) Alliance, UN-ESCAP Sustainable Business Network, Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO), and KADIN Indonesia.
A certified Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) professional, Inka is known for her expertise in aligning communication strategies with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and for leading the implementation of Sintesa Group’s SDG roadmap, Sintesa for the Earth. Her earlier career as a journalist honed her strengths in research, policy communication, and media engagement.


Chief Financial Officer
Syahrizal Sabir is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in finance, auditing, taxation, corporate governance, legal affairs, and corporate secretarial functions. He began his career as an auditor at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), before continuing as an auditor at Paul Lembong & Rekan Public Accounting Firm. In 1993, he joined PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk as an Audit Manager and went on to hold various strategic leadership positions, playing a key role in strengthening corporate governance, driving business transformation, and overseeing corporate functions. He served as Consultant – Corporate Function & Corporate Secretary at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk until the end of June 2026.
A graduate of the State College of Accounting (STAN) and a Registered Accountant, Syahrizal has extensive experience across the FMCG distribution, manufacturing, and garment industries. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, corporate secretarial, finance, legal affairs, treasury, taxation, and internal audit.
