Clean water and sanitation is one of the global issues that require collective commitment. Based on WHO data, 29% of the world's population does not have the freedom to access clean water. In fact, more than 60 million Indonesian do not have proper clean water (BPS, 2019)

The business world has a significant contribution, where more than 19% of the global water supply is used for industrial sector operations, and 70% of the water used is potentially  thrown away and ended up in the landfill.

Based on these facts, the Sintesa Group is committed to elevate our active contribution in managing water resources and being part of the solution to protect and restore water-related ecosystems.

We encourage our subsidiaries to adopt policies that do not dispose of hazardous waste into water sources, make efforts to increase the use of water recycling, reuse water safely through the use of technology, while managing the use of water efficiently.
